• Will EDDC be lobbying Govt on Feniton appeal decision?

  • It is a really important issue because it is the Government’s new planning policies and focus on economic growth in the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), that has led to this unfortunate position.

I will receive a written answer when I arrive at the meeting and then I have the opportunity of a supplementary question.

    My question is:

“In the light of the recent Wainhomes planning appeal decision on land at Feniton, will EDDC now be calling on the Govt urging it to redress the balance in national planning policy, so that the five year housing land supply issue does not override virtually all other material considerations?”
