• Neil Parish MP urges EDDC to defer planning decisions

    20th March 2013 | News | Claire
  • The decisions are due to be determined on 2 April at EDDC’s development management committee.

Mr Parish’s letter declares that any planning decision, taken in the current climate of uncertainty regarding the possible influences on development of Feniton’s former councillor, Graham Brown, could be “unsafe.”

It comes hours after myself, Cllr Roger Giles, chair of Feniton Parish Council and chair of Fight for Feniton’s Future, sent a letter to Eric Pickles, asking him to intervene in the issue and urge EDDC to suspend the forthcoming planning decisions for Feniton.

Mr Parish has also written to planning minister, Nick Boles, along similar lines.
