• Feniton floods - residents interviewed on BBC Radio Devon

  • Sue Collins and Gill Ewings were interviewed, who on top of their flooding woes, are also facing the possibility of 120 houses being built on the beautiful green fields directly behind their cottages.  This application by Strategic Land Partnerships, will be determined by EDDC in March or April.

You can listen to the programme by clicking on the link below.  The story is the second one on the list, with an interview from me just after 7am.  Sue Collins’ (rather controversial!) interview was played several times over.  Gill Ewings’ interview is broadcast just before 9am.

Chair of the south west flood defence committee, Cllr James Morrish, unexpectedly called in (broadcast just after Mrs Ewings was interviewed) and promised to do his best to help both families!

    Excellent news – thanks James!
