The council says that the eight page newsletter deals with some of the ‘wilder claims’ that are being made about all sorts of controversial proposals, including the Knowle sale, the proposed developments at Sidford, the Elizabeth Hall sell-off in Exmouth and even a planning decision in Feniton.
