• Book now for coach from Ottery to the health scrutiny on MON (which will consider hospital bed cuts)

  • The Devon County Council scrutiny committee has a statutory responsibility for scrutinising changes and/or reductions to health services.

    It will meet next Monday (17 November) at 2pm, in the committee suite at county hall and the NEW Devon CCG’s proposals to cut beds at Ottery and Axminster hospitals will be on the agenda.

    A FREE coach will leave Ottery at 1pm in time for the meeting.

    Otter Nurseries have very kindly offered to pay the £150 fee for the coach, which is also being put on at a reduced rate by Down’s Motors.

    Ottery’s business community are rallying around for the cause!

    The coach will leave Otter Nurseries at 1pm (bottom car park off the Alfington Road), then will pick up in the Square at 1.05pm.

    It will make a final pick up before travelling into Exeter, at the King’s School at 1.10pm.
