  • Then it looks as BBC Spotlight will follow it up later in the day, which will broadcast on their evening programme, starting at 6.30pm.

On New Year’s Day, Feniton experienced yet more flooding and residents were on high alert, with flood wardens Susie Bond and Jayne Blackmore out and about all day checking drains and handing out sandbags.

Fortunately, the water did not seep into people’s houses, although it was very close.

Residents of Feniton are still on high alert, especially with today’s heavy rain.

The inquiry will be held at the Flybe Training Academy at Exeter Airport and will start at 10am tomorrow morning. It is expected to last for about two weeks.
