Following Monday evening’s outrageous Ottery Town Council meeting, new Cllr Jess Bailey, has checked out EDDC’s constitution on what subjects fall into the strict legal criteria for justifying excluding the press and public from meetings.

EDDC plans published on new housing areas in villages
