Fly-tipping on the increase?

Three cases of fly-tipping have been reported to Ottery St Mary police - since 4 April, when Devon County Council axed the rural skip facility at the Land of Canaan car park in Ottery St Mary.

Aylesbeare bus is safe

On my travels and talking to people in Aylesbeare it was apparent that there was real concern that the village’s only bus was about to be axed under cutbacks.

West Hill’s play park IS OFFICIALLY OPEN!

Dozens of children raced at top speed into West Hill’s first play park this afternoon, as it was officially opened after a build up of two years.

Conservatives attempt to paint me as a ‘single issue’ candidate

I was interested to see a letter in this week’s Ottery Herald from Cllr Randall Johnson (ward member for Ottery St Mary Rural and EDDC Leader).  The letter seems an attempt to pigeon hole me as a ‘single issue’ candidate only concerned about development.  It also hints that I am unconcerned about the provision of low cost housing.
